Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Obskur.tech Service, a web security analysis platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
Article 2 – Service Description
Obskur.tech allows you to analyze the security of websites (headers, exposed secrets, SSL configuration, cookies, CORS, etc.) and generate reports with recommendations via artificial intelligence. The Service is offered in a limited free version and a paid Pro version.
Article 3 – Accounts and Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Article 4 – Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only on websites and source code for which you have the necessary rights. It is forbidden to use the Service to:
- Analyze sites without authorization
- Perform unauthorized penetration tests
- Attempt to bypass Service limitations
Article 5 – Intellectual Property
The Service, its code, algorithms, and design belong to Obskur.tech. You only have a temporary and revocable license to use it.
Article 6 – Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is”.
- We do not guarantee that all security issues will be detected.
- We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of reports.
- We do not guarantee the absence of false positives or false negatives.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or consequences related to the use of the reports.
Article 7 – Payments and Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. They renew automatically. You can cancel them at any time from your account.
Article 8 – Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms or abusive use.
Article 9 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Paris.
